Finished this last night...What a pain in the ass. It is easy to bug the quest if you are not careful and don't follow the instructions to the letter. Also don't let your bots kill the quest giver.

The following updates/fixes have been applied.
All Progression Combines: All item combines no longer require two of each lore item.
Ikkinz Raid #2 - Ikkinz: Trial of Glorification: Axtekilitek & Kruxilitek: Research is no longer required for these combines. They are now considered Special Quest Combines. No-Fail.
Icon of the Altar (Key for Ikkinz Raid #4 - Ikkinz: Chambers of Destruction): Inferno Scepter - This smithing combine is now No-Fail. However, it now requires a 100 Skill.
