Nitram Anizok, Plane of Innovation

Nitram Anizok in The Plane of Innovation the initiator of the Xeno mec (dragon) quest has a bug it would seem to me.
When approached it looks as if this NPC gets attacked from the two mobs behind his house, after which he goes on a rampage and runs off to some unknown place or gets killed.
