Sparkling Radiant Crtystal - Whats it for? Says it an augment for 400 crystals, but has no stats! Crest of the Wayfarer - Says it an augment also for 150 crystals, but has no stats!
Received a Flickering Orb of Najena from a quest in Najena but the item has no use.. I has no slot status. It has no augment status. Item ID 150057. It has some good stats but is useless.

I too have been woundering what the items from the ogre are for or do but have yet to gather that many crystals to purchase.
The orb from Najena is for your powersource slot. If your running a client like titanium im not sure if it will have that slot in your inventory or not otherwise I think all the other usable clients should have it.

The Augs gain in power. Radiant Crystal - The more RC you collect, the more stats it gets. Wayfarer Crest - The more Missions are completed, the more stats it gets.
Orb as said, is powersource item, it is highly recommended to use a Client SoD+ on the Server.
