Monk Epic lake rathe gnoll?

So I'm working on my 1.0 as it seems I need to do that to get my 1.5 here right? Well working on the Purple headband part atm so i need to kill a Gnoll embalmer in LR and all the posts on Zam about the loc (3720, 1394) and area of zone ( gnoll camp by SK zone line) are poitning me to a specific area, but there are no mobs there, nor any gnolls in the zone using /tar gnoll.

Oh for the 1.5 do I also need the key to VT? so hand in 1.0 plus Key right?
