Spawn bug Night Watchman Fxi ( Riwwi )

I think this spawn is bugged or broked.
Ingame this mob can spawn at 7pm i was at the location and there where
2 a_ra`tuk_screambringer up.
I could target them but not kill and they also didnt move so i think that the spawn is broked.
Normaly they spawn where the broken 2 a_ra`tuk_screambringer where.
