Hi
New here, I left live shortly after this came out and thought of trying it here - the vah shir quest giver does not respond! is there another line of armor to skill up on better than cultural on here??

guild lobby there is goblin npc's.. that will help ya prepare for the next set of armor from whomever you choose to faction with from velious
