Shared bank slots

My shared bank slots are screwed up. I placed my paladin's 2.0 in one of them while moving gear around and now she can't pick it back up. She does not have any other epic 2.0s on her. If she does pick it up it just disappears off the cursor. Also, back when I had a bag in that spot it would do the same thing in the bottom right spot, whatever I put in it would be stuck there forever. I tried to move the 2.0 with my bard just to see if I could, but it won't let me because she has her own 2.0 and I think they are lore with each other. Is there anyway I can have the shared bank slots wiped clean or something like that and a replacement 2.0 given to my paladin? I can't figure out any other way around this. I've already emptied all the gear out of the other shared slot.
